The You I’ve Never Known by Ellen Hopkins

The You I’ve Never Knownimg_2432 follows the story of 17 year-old Ariel. Ariel and her dad have never stayed in one place for long. Now they’ve finally stayed put long enough for Ariel to form some real relationships, friendships and more. Life gets complicated when Ariel’s mother shows up claiming her dad had abducted her a a toddler.

I enjoyed this book. The characters are good, and the plot is intriguing.

I only wish we would have gotten to see a deeper side to Ariel’s relationships. We never get to truly know any of the characters other than Ariel and her dad.

My Rating: 3.5/5
