For this month’s top seven I’m listing my favourite book series.
1) Robyn Hunter by Norah McClintock
The daughter of a detective and a lawyer, Robyn, often finds herself in the middle of mysteries.
I quickly fell in love with these books. They’re fun, realistic, and Canadian.
2) The Tripods by John Christopher
A sci-fi series about a world that has been taking over by aliens.
I don’t remember a lot of detail from this series, but they are the books that got me into reading and will therefore always hold a special spot in my heart.
3) Darkest Powers by Kelley Armstrong
When Chloe starts seeing ghosts she gets sent to a home for troubled teens, while there she discovers things that will forever change her life.
These books were one of my first introductions to paranormal. I remember really loving the story when I first read it.
4) Matched by Ally Condie
In a society where all of your choices are made for you, Cassia begins to question the world around her.
I enjoyed the story premise and loved the main characters.
5) The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
Tessa is quickly thrust into the supernatural world when her search for her brother takes her to London.
I loved this series, I love Tessa, Will, and Jem. In my opinion these books are way better than The Mortal Instruments series.
6) Bloodlines by Richelle Mead
Sydney is sent to a human boarding school with a royal vampire, Jill, in an attempt to keep Jill safe as her life is being threatened.
If you’ve been following my blog for a while you already know I’m in love with Adrian Ivashkov. He’s a huge part of why I love this series so much.
7) Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
Against her better judgment Nora falls for the mysterious bad boy, Patch.
I enjoyed this story, the books continuously had me on the edge of my seat.
